Jerome S. Malman
Jerome “Jerry” Malman has practiced law in Colorado since 1973. Jerry has obtained multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements. He has a reputation for being both fair and aggressive.
He is a member of the American Association for Justice, has served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and on the Board of Advisors of the Colorado Head Injury Foundation. Jerry has received the highest ratings from Martindale Hubbell, a national legal directory, for both legal ability and ethical standards. He has an outstanding reputation for having expertly represented hundreds of personal injury victims. The Colorado State Senate commended Jerry for his work in the 1987 Berthoud Pass disaster that killed nine people and injured 16 after a state highway worker dislodged a boulder that fell on a bus.
